New collaberation with Återvinningsindustrierna and Hagainitiativet

We would like to say a warm welcome to Återvinningsindustrierna and Hagainitiativet, both of which begins collaboration with Nordic Sustainability Expo 2023. Återvinningsindustrierna is the industry organization for private recycling companies that work for increased resource efficiency with a focus on the environment and ethics in their operations.

−
At this year's fair, we want to participate as partners in order to put extra focus on circularity and the importance of more people using recycled materials. It reduces emissions, provides energy efficiency and contributes to a secure future supply of raw materials, says Ellen Einebrant, Communications Manager at Återvinningsindustrierna.

Hagainitiativet is a business network that brings together companies that are committed to reducing their climate impact in order to achieve Hagainitiativets vision of a profitable business life without climate impact. Companies work to halve their climate impact every decade, and the Haga initiative wants to show that the business world is part of the solution in climate change.

− We must solve acute planetary crises such as the climate crisis, and for that to happen the pace must increase. In order to meet the 1.5 degree target, the ambitions must be at least 5-fold. We have to exchange ideas with each other, collaborate in the value chain, see how the business benefit can be scaled up and be inspired by the latest technology, which is why we are participating in the Haga initiative at the Nordic Sustainability Expo, says Nina Ekelund, general secretary of the Haga initiative.

Warm welcome on May
