Sustainable food & drink

We at Mässrestauranger serve all food and drink at the Stockholm Fair. We have been certified for a long time and we work deliberately to make a lower climate footprint. We are proud to cook all food from scratch as far as possible without unnecessary additives. We work with raw materials in season and choose, as far as possible, organic and/or locally produced raw materials.

We work strategically with our sustainability work. It includes everything from energy use, water consumption, waste management (food waste goes to digestion which becomes biogas) and source sorting. For example, we sort into 11 fractions.

We are passionate about sustainability and are co-founders of the Sustainable Restaurants network.
